It's so city enlightening here . . . outside, sirens, people arguing, Venus the only star, trees in concrete planters, I counted stacked and packed people, choppers flyin', planes landin'. I didn't miss that living in Washington. I actually turned off all the electricity to my house, at the box, just so I could hear the almost silence I had. I did that more than I ever told anyone. AND today's truth: I have no clocks because they don't all agree EVER, the coffee maker doesn't match the stove which doesn't match the microwave which won't match the TV EVER, pisses me off . . .
